Upcoming Events

August 4th - A Fair Vote table at the Bridge Street Bazaar. Volunteering at tables is super-fun, if you love to talk with people on a busy and festive day and you support MMP, we need volunteers.

August 9th - Public Meeting in Napanee
a member from the "Vote For MMP" Campaign, Bruce Budd, will be be speaking in Napanee about the October 10th referendum on Electoral Reform. The event is a meeting of the Maple Ridge Womens Institute that they have opened to the public so we're all invited.

It is being held at the Strathcona Paper Center in Napanee at 7:30 pm. (Near Walmart)
Randy Hillier, the PC Candidate, will also be speaking at the meeting on his position opposing the MMP proposal.
Come out and bring your family and friends

What: Volunteer and advocacy information meeting. Speakers and Discussion. Materials for information and volunteering available.
Where: Page and Turners - 135 Bridge Street.
Who: Interested volunteers and advocates
Why: Become part of the Campaign as the election draws near, organize events, be a campaign writer, or media worker. This meeting will give a chance to peope of all political stripes to work together in Ontario's most exciting and significant referendum. Be part of history. Be a part of a volunteer team or form part of a network of support more informally.
